tabpanels go "poof!' [gone]

I had a series of tabpanels (for user-definable valuelists). Was testing, all ok, then went into design mode to modify dimensions a bit. Three of the four just disappeared!

I have had this kind of disappearing behavior before. Not regularly, just randomly.

Any idea what gives?

Hi Jim, I don’t know if you upgraded to 2.2.4 already but you should do that first.

Some background info on the database you use for the repository is nice too I guess.

I have NEVER experienced such behaviour other than when I lost my developer (crashed) before saving my last work. Sometimes stuff remains in cache and a crash will be the cause of lost work. I try to do a forced save regularly.
