Text Toolbar not working in form-in-dialog in 5.1.2

This is what I’m seeing: when showing a form-in-dialog in smart client, with showTextToolbar parameter set to true, toolbar appears on the FID but is disabled. When RTF field is entered, if there is a text toolbar on the main form, it is activated, not the toolbar on the FID. This happens in both server and developer. Tested with 5.1.2, java 6 u20, windows 7 .

Yes, the status is “in progress”.
