text toolbar show/hide on forms in dialog

Currently toolbars (text) can only displayed on a form in dialog by setting the parameter of application.showFormInDialog(…) to ‘true’.
I would like to show/hide the toolbars on the form in dialog individual by ‘application.setToolbarVisible(“text”,true/false);’.
