Looks like a bug, can you open an issue and attach the sample?

I didn’t manage to reproduce it since then. Now it deploys with no error. And even at that time the deployed worked, only that in the log as saw this error. It happened only when I deployed the solution on the new server, not first time, but at the second or third deploy.
