To highlight a selected row and alternate even/odd rows

Ther Servoy user manual has an item called:

“To highlight a selected row and alternate even/odd rows:”

However, why I try this it highlights the background of each row and not the row itself.

Is there a way to highlight a selected row and alternate the actual rows?

The background is the only thing that gets the color changed.

If you want the items on the row to appear colored - use a transparent background on the fields.
