trouble with large forms in developer

3.5 developer, OS X

I am working on two large forms, a 1920x1200 arrivals/departure board and a 1200x1920 POS price board and have trouble accessing the Parts (Header, Footer, etc) UI elements.

In case of the 1200x1920 form, the Parts UI elements disappear below the lower edge of the design window.

Also, the right portion of the 1920x1200 form become inaccessible when looked at on my laptop (1440x900) since there is no scroll-bar visible.

I am stuck…
