After making changes to my LAN to open port 80 for accessing the webhost, I was unable to launch the servoy-admin page, even though I could ping the loppback address (127.0.0.1) and the router/gateway device. I uninstalled Servoy completely, rebooted, re-downloaded the installation files and re-installed Servoy developer and the mod_iPhone solution. I am still unable to open the servoy-admin page, and I also noticed that my Catalina folder does not include a bin folder (?). I am running XP with sp2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to change the port in the ./servoy/application-server/server/conf/server.xml file?
Thank you Roberto, but the port is set correctly in that file to 8080. Before I reinstalled servoy, I noticed in one of the log files that there were error msgs referring to sockets failing to connect, but I do not know where to look to correct that typ eof network problem while using tomcat/apache/servoy.

Have u checked no other application running on 8080 port. If it is, that might be problem. have you tried to run servoy server on other port rather then 8080.
I have fixed the problem and found my solution, but other than blind lick, I don’t know EXACTLY what I changed to make the 8080 port accessible. Many thanks to you both for your help.
