What does this mean?

Every now and then in the dataproviders window one of the dataproviders is colored an orangy-yellow color (see picture attached). I can detect no pattern to which ones are being colored this way, except that they all happen to have fairly long names.

What is this trying to tell me?

This is in V. 3.1.5 on WinXP with Java 6.

Not all databases support column names longer than 30 chars. To warn you about that, these columns are colored.
