What format to use?

Good morning from Gran Canaria.

I have a text field with a string type dataProvider that must be filled with numbers so I´m using this format ##########|raw

Now I must allow the user to type a point “.” like 43.1 and then convert that string to 4300000001. Converting the string is not my problem, what I do not know is the format I have to use in that field.

Any clue?
