Is there any way that the properties window (in designer mode), can be resized when it is in the undocked state?

Also, it would be nice if you could resize the ‘Related Values’ field in the value list definition window or the entire window, to allow visibility of long relationship names.

Additionally it would be nice to have the properties window return to it’s last state, when switching in between modes. I have to continually undock the window and place return it to my second monitor.
