I have an solution installed on a windows network of about 10 pcs running a mix of XP and Vista. Everything seems fine, but one user cannot print. When she does, either nothing happens, or the wrong form / foundset prints. Although it is amusing, but becoming irritating for the user.
The machine did print from Servoy fine for a few weeks. Also, the machine prints fine from any other application. All other users can print fine in Servoy
The machine is XP, and servoy is 4.1.5.
I am going to be logging into the machine over the weekend to try to solve it, although I won’t be able to see what the printer is doing obviously. I would be grateful to know of any way to do previewing in the OS (Servoy print preview doesn’t show my subsummaries). On the Mac, you can print and hit preview (or print to pdf) but I don’t think that option is available natively in Windows. Is there something I can install to do this?
