Wrapping text - scroll bars

In versions before the RC9 when I entered text in a text-area field the text wrapped to new line when I arrived to the right margin of the text area. When the box was full the vertical scrollbar appeared. This happended with the default scrollbar settings. Now in RC9 it does not wrap.. stays all in one line and the horizontal scrollbar appears when the line becomes to long to display. If I force the vertical scrollbar to “allways” the text wraps as it used to do.. but I have the scrollbar always displayed, also when not needed.
Is this a little bug.. or a wanted new feature?. I did prefere how it was before RC9.

this is changed indeed.
Set the horizontal scrollbar: never and vertical: when needed.
Than you have the same behaviour as before!

Yes wrapping of lines is dependend on the horizontal scrollbar..
RC9 wrapps when if horizontal is never but also when needed
that latest (when needed) is fixed now because when needed and always should be the same thing.
