Have a client that is looking to integrate their Zoho CRM with a Servoy 7.4 WebClient solution.
Zoho’s API looks very comprehensive but before I start re-inventing the wheel wondered if anyone has already ‘been there done that’.

Zoho CRM can be an excellent choice for you, depending on your requirements. The UI isn’t awesome - full disclosure. Compared to apps today, an older school felt on the side of a minimalist and pleasant interface. They are extremely flexible, capable of creating custom modules, automating processes etc. Moreover, they have RingCentral integration, which helps.
You could also look into Kixie, which is integrated via the Chrome plug-in with Zoho CRM. You are looking for anything but RingCentral. It’s an interesting little tool.
