If you only select top or bottom anchors, then your object should float to the center from left to right - right now (in v5.2.4) it is the same as selecting right anchor.
If you only select right or left anchors, then your object should float to the center from top to bottom - right now it is the same as selecting bottom anchor.
If you don’t select any anchors, your object should float to the center of a form - right now it is the same as selecting all anchors - your object expands with the form.
Does this sound right, or am I just being picky and wanting Servoy to do too much?
normally enough for most situations, but as a matter of fact, you could expect more, especially nowadays where CSS styles have established a kind of reference for all apps, including non web apps. that would not be a top request for me, but if your users are using a wide range of screens, could be handy.
Servoy 6 is still in alpha so if you hurry and post a feature request in the support system maybe…
Thanks for the suggestion Nicola - hadn’t done that before, so stumbled my way through (first sent email to support@servoy.com, then got link to http://www.servoy.com/s). Also, it looks like there is a similar post here: viewtopic.php?t=6323. Don’t know how I missed it, but it seems nobody pays attention to replies to old posts anyway.
