There is nothing we can do, but it does say:
"You can perform a simple test to verify whether your computer is experiencing this issue. If it is, you will need to reinstall one or two software updates to resolve the issue. "
Did your reinstall fail?
That was meant as an information for people who have that problem . I am sitting in front of a XP machineā¦
Had problems following the 10.3.9 update - servoy would not launch at all. Followed apples advice in above note and reinstalled the security update 2005-002 and now all is working again
