Basic network issue: server 5.2 access in LAN

Hello,

From same machine, have been trying to access application_server in LAN via ```
192.168.1.2:8080/servoy-admin

Response in Mozilla: **The connection has timed out**
Anyway, these works:

http://127.0.0.1:8080
http://localhost:8080


Double-checked the local IP and tried couple of them; Went also to:

http://localhost:8080/servoy-admin/clients/by/server
/servoy-admin/network-settings


Started up another server independently, pure Tomcat, and it doesn't want to connect neither when using LAN IP address. So this is a network issue, not Servoy. Tweaked some router and local machine settings: firewall, virtual server... Any further idea? 
Tried when connected to another router already.

I did this smoothly earlier, so sg is wrong with my network security setup and/or Win7, I suppose? Computer is in Home network
