"Can't set up form".

I have a client who has a brand new PC, Windows 7 Professional. Just installed latest Java. She gets past our login screen (smart client) then as the application starts to open up gets an error message: “Can’t set up form”. Had her clear Java cache which made no difference.

No other clients having this problem. App version is 3.5.9.

Any thoughts what might be causing this and how to fix? K

Check the OS version of Win 7 - 64 or 32 bit.
Then check if the JRE is 32 or 64 bit.
Ensure matching.

I had them check to see if JRE 1.5 or higher was installed on client’s machine. That seemed to do the trick. K
