I’ve now had four different people with new computers using Java 7 not able to log in to Smart Client. 2 had problems with a 3.1 version and 2 with 5.2.14. They are getting various error messages.
The solution in all cases was to delete Java 7 and install Java 6. Everything fine after that. K
What kind of errors do you get?
I’m using java 7 for a long time without problems.
Unfortunately I’m not the one getting the errors. My users are not sophisticated computer users for the most part so they are not copying the messages. The most recent user said the error was something about not creating the form. K
