Check box is not working on 4.1.3

Check box works on 4.1.2 but not on 4.1.3
It works on the smart client but not on on web client

Does any one experiencing the same issue?

Do you mean a single checkbox or a checkbox group?

There is already a fix in for a checkbox/radio group, i believe when build on a global variable.
