color Chooser in Servoy 4, 8bit hex?

This maybe a strange question, but how on earth, can I put 8bit hex colors in the color chooser of Servoy 4? like: #FFA1B3

the way we did that in Servoy 3.5?

I am afraid you have to convert Hex to RGB.

that is strange?? servoy let us put in stylesheet everything in hex 8bit, but I can’t use the colorchooser, to do that?

I also would like to do that, i. e. I miss this from 3.5, but anyway, where is the color chooser in Servoy 4 at all? Didn’t find it :(

for using in stylesheets, I could’nt find either, but it pops-up when I want to set a color property. like background or foreground color…

As of Eclipse we use the OS’es colorchooser. Isn’t the idea of a color chooser that it returns the hex so you don’t have to put it in?
It should be easy to hack your os color chooser. For mac eg http://knowit.co.nz/2009/05/pull-out-he … lor-picker

PS: By the way, the utility DigitalColor Meter.app (in folder Utilities) also helps with colours and shows values in RGB AND Hex, and there are some nice menus like colours can be hold.
