entering HTML color code (hexa decimal) in the color chooser

It would be much useful if I can enter the HTML color code (hexa decimal) in the color chooser. Keeping RGB combination is good. I would really love to enter the hexa decimal number for the colors. Since we mostly use hexadecimals for colors it could save time.
