Database registration error

I am trying to register a postgreSQL database (local). After entering the configuration information I get an error “Cannot setup server” "c:\servoy\developer.…\application_server\servoy.properties (access is denied).

Servoy 5.2.10

Any ideas?

Check file permissions of “servoy.properties” file. Servoy needs to be able to write to that file.

Checked all permissions, they are fine. Any other ideas?

“access is denied” equals a permissions issue somewhere. You’re on windows (what version?) and an older version of Servoy. Lot’s of threads on the forum here documenting similar problems.
