Foreign Type Suggestion dialog in Serclipse: better suggestions, option to exclude entries from future suggestions
Can someone explain to me, where this Foreign Type Suggestion dialog is used for??
Does Servoy DO something with these settings? are query’s becomming better?

The column foreign type is used in databaseManager.mergeRecords(), it is like an fk definition.

oke, so it only used for THAT function (and ofcourse for table.getForeignTypes() ?)

I guess you mean column.getForeignType()
The foreign type is also used in developer in the relation editor.
We use it to do a best-guess for initial relation items.
