We are having a serious problem related to the connection speed between the smart client and the server. We’ve been hearing many complaints from customers regarding how slow operations are performed in their remote client sessions.
I need help from you guys to tell me how I can fine tune the server in order to solve this issue. I am sending some screenshots of my Servoy Server Admin Page where you can see the settings we have here.

I first disabled the http tunnel, restarted server and we were back on normal performance again.
A bit later I was pointed to this thread by the servoy devteam: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=13366&p=69191#p69191
Disabling the tunnel did not give us the jump we need in performance. When I say things are slow here, I mean really slow, like 15-20 seconds of waiting time after pressing a button. This is totally abnormal and unacceptable. We suspect of the ServoyCOM Plugin, which is used to invoke operations in our existing Microsoft FoxPro application. Most of the functionality relies on the use of this plugin that delegates the calls through a DLL. However, the plugin and DLL are loaded in the server side, thus it is difficult to explain why it would be the plugin…

isn’t there something wrong with the servers upload?? the download of the client takes ages from here (about 15 minutes)
The client download is very slow indeed, but we don’t know the cause. We’ve installed it in one of our customers and they constantly complain about this. Does it have to do only with the upload speed in the server? We’ve tried in different servers already and the issue is still there.
