I’d like to find a nice collection of icons to use in my apps. Does Servoy make a collection available other than what’s in the example apps? Can anyone recommend a good place where I could find some nice-looking icons for database navigation/manipulation (next, prev, trash can, etc.)?

There are quite a few available. I’ve used Incor’s icons a few times, they don’t allow sublicensing: so you can use them in your apps but Servoy can’t bundle them. More info:

There are also loads of open and free icons available that can be used in Servoy. It will largely depend on your taste and specific area where your app has to be used. Here’s one to get you started:
