Source of Good Icons/Graphics?

Do you guys have a good source for nice sets of transparent background graphics for buttons and icons?

What graphic types work best in a cross platform Servoy environment?

the following link has excellent icons reasonably priced.

These are available in all major file formats and have transparent backgrounds but are very windows xp looking, great for my app.

I use mainly .png format for my apps and i use fireworks for image editing which i prefer to photoshop.
