Missing Text Menubar in Servoy 4.0.1 WinXp

I´m not sure, but I can´t find the Text Menubar in Servoy 4 on Win XP?
Anyone a idea, where to find?

Where are you looking for it?
The text menu bar appears in smart client. You can also add/remove it by using View->Toolbars.

It will not be visible in the developer or web client.

The dialog for editing text properties does not have an html wysiwyg editor like we had in 3.5.
The v4 developer is not a swing application, so we would need another editor to integrate into developer.
