fm|Port provides seamless and effortless conversion of FileMaker Pro layout objects via the standard drag&drop and clipboard copy/paste operations. The plugin is currently compatible with Servoy Developer 2.2 and FileMaker 5/6 on Windows and Mac OSX platforms.
For more information, please visit the plugin documentation page.
Great plugin! Incredible how you can select objects on a Filemaker layout and simply paste them in Servoy! Abosuletely an amazing engineering achievement!

I agree: it’s really a kind of magic.
I’ve been using drag&drop of misc graphic+text objects: the images are copied perfectly and the text is converted to html and results nearly identical to the original…
first of all:
-Filemaker aint gonna like this
second:
-we actually dont care
Nice piece of work, making forms all over again is very time-consuming, and this is gonna be a great help.
Any chance in the future, somehow it will be possible to also copy the parts with it’s background??
is there a place we can report bugs?? Coz I found one during testing:
when a numeric field has no format in Filemaker, FM|port changes the format into ########E0 in Servoy. When a numeric field has a format, FM|port will do everything correctly.
When date field has no format, it stays empty on Servoy (as it should)
Cant wait when the first RC is released, think I am gonna get me one

Hi,
we actually need your product just about now. Any news on pricing and when it will be available.
We could also do some testing, we are now in the process of converting a 60-table Filemaker solution into Servoy.
If there is a bug, we are going to find it
Please let me know what kind of arrangements we can make so both parties can be happy.
Basically we want your product working (even with bugs) without the funky stuff of converted stuff beeing erased after Servoy-shutdown.
The product they are selling on this page is outdated (until 28th sep)

I wonder whether this product is still being actively developed…hmmmm
It would certainly be a nice to have … but I get the feeling it may have been pulled. Time will tell.
Untill now they have not reacted to my email d.d. 25th november (maybe becoz I usually respond my emails on the same day, I find it a slow response).
They are rebuilding their site, so there is some activity…but I’d like some sort of response before sending 229$ into Mexico
