newbie: deploy (test) web client

Hi folks. Pardon this question. But I did look in the Help under Deployment and searched these forums for “‘web client’ AND ‘set up’” and other search attempts.

Simple question!

How do I test Servoy Web Client on my development computer? I have Servoy Developer running, and (as per one post I did find) typed http://localhost:8080/servoy-webclient into a browser window. All I got was NOTHING, the page was trying to to do something but I finally canceled.

No logging? You can test it on developer acting as a server…

resolved. For some other application I had to demote the default java on this computer to 1.4.2. Put it back up to 5 and all is well. thanks.
