We use Servoy Version: 2024.3.7.3950_LTS.
The mac export works fine
The windows export, white screen, nothing in the administrator.
That sounds a bit like your client can‘t connect with the server.
Can you check what happens if you run the client from the command line? You should see more of the Info what happens there.

the latest.yml is part of the automatic updates, but that should not affect the loading of the solution.
Since Mac doesn’t have an automatic update in ngDesktop this part is skipped.
Did you generate an automatic update, and do you stil have all the files to upload to the update-location?
If not, can you a) generate a ngDesktop without the updates and b) load the update-files and upload them to the correct location?
And can you check, does you server block clients after unsuccessful connections? Your Apache / nginx on the server could be helpful there,
I have placed the files on the server
On windows still white form
In the first start, automatic after install 100MB data transfer on network
