Hello,

for a couple of days me and my colleagues do not have access to the JIRA system. I already used the contact form there but got no answer so decided to write here. Could you please take a look at the issue?
We get the “You do not have a permission to log in. If you think this is incorrect, please contact your JIRA administrators.” error message.

Yes, it’s the same email. The password is longer than 6 chars, has capitals and digits. The problem persists on our side.

It sould be resolved now, someone internally made an mistake during recent update of the server.
