Have a clients solution hosted on Win XP Server. Twice recently they have been unable to connect - just getting the ‘no licences’ error message.
Have checked and the Server has been up for many days, I have plenty of licences, and other users can connect. Client is using OSX 10.3 and trying to connect from Servoy desktop shortcut that has been used previously.
Suspect the problem may be at the clients end but welcome suggestions. Have told them to delete all Servoy shortcuts and wonder if this is linked to them having a Servoy Runtime program - this was an issue with Developer some months back but has anyone experiencd the problem on a client computer?
Graham, I only experience this in the before 2.1 era. After that nomore. Do you know how many user were logged in the time others tried to log in. Is it maybe so that users run multiple instances of a client?
Have plenty of Client licences and only 1 User connecting - it was 4am UK time but he was in Bangkok airport and remembered my sales pitch about keeping up to date while on the move
Server is on latest 2.2 version.
Suggestions very welcome
