Plugins not loading in Catalina/localhost/plugins

I’ve got a strange issue here… when launching (for the first time) a client from the Servoy 4.1.3 app server, the plugins are not loaded in Catalina/localhost/plugins.
Anybody any idea why this is happening?

Servoy version 4.1.3 -build 672
Repository version 35

Have you started the Java Console? Are there any errors appearing in the console, as well as any errors in the server log?
