I have set a custom style for my solution to put a grey background on Header and Body parts. However when I go to specify “default” on the background property on the forms, the settings will not stay. I set the property to default using the drop down box, but it comes back as a blank property.
After playing around with it I noticed that the default setting will “stick” if you bring up the color chooser and click the Default button, but there is no feedback of the setting in the properties- it remains blank. And you don’t know it has worked until you close out Developer and re-load it.
Also, when I Extract Style to update my custom style, Developer will “think” for a great long while, sometimes up to 30 minutes. Is this normal behaviour?

No, its not normal, never seen this, is it form specific?
I’m not sure what you mean by “form specific”. I revised the My Style form that comes with the styles_setup solution in Developer. I have made no other changes to the other forms in the solution.
I have the trouble that the style doesn’t remember the properties of a button.
I tried updating the style, making a new one and using the new one… I even removed some other elements in the form of the style that might interfere…but the result is always the same…
Funny thing is…the first time I made the style and used it on a form…it did work (but that was yesterday). Today… I can’t get it to work.
Am i doing sumthing wrong here…
