For now you can just recreate the portal and select the related fields you want.

You can change the relation on the portal itself, select the portal and change the property relationName.
Note that all fields in a portal must be from the same relation, so the relation is set at portal level, not a field level.

In Servoy 6.0.1 you will be able to select a related dataprovider for a portal field, but only of relations that start from the target table of the portal relation.
Note that this is already possible when you add a new dataprovider using the add-field-wizard while the portal is selected.
