I can’t save a method by using anymore.
I see a disappearing ‘*’ in the tabpanel but it returns immediately…
Obviously on mac OS X 10.3.1, Servoy 2.0b6.

That’s very strange. We didn’t change much on that part (except that we don’t set mnemonics anymore on the mac, but that shortcut is ALT-V (insteand of command/ctrl-S)
Did nothing else change? (Like jdk version)
And does it save? For example make a change
Command-S
close it but don’t save it.
then open it again..
is the change saved?
I will test it on the mac myself.
Johan,
It sure is strange because it is again one of those things that I can’t simulate. Have experienced it before but today it got annoying.
Now, after a reset, it is gone…
Strange!!!
Got it.
When you change more then one method and don’t save the changes right away (so more than one not saved) they won’t save anymore…
That isn’t really true too but this should get you there…
Strange thing.
I can shed a little more light to this:
When I press the apple button, then the s button and release the s button without releasing the apple button the form shows as saved…
When I then release the apple button the forms shows unsaved again
Again: not always…
yes i know it.. i can reproduce it always
I depends on where the cursor is in the text
if for example you have this:
test()[CURSOR-HERE]
and you press save it is ok
but
test[CURSOR-HERE]
and you press save it thinks that it changes again.
i will look into it but i don’t know if this will be fixed for 2.0 final..
No sweat, I am glad we found it now. It is not a matter of the utmost urgency it was just bugging met that I couldn’t be more specific…
