Short-Cut fires also on closed forms

I have defined Short-Cuts for new, edit and save. The new Short-Cut for example calls the function globals.svy_nav_mainFormNew.
If i open a form an close it, there is no form visible in the solution. If I press now the Short-Cut for new, the form in the background goes to add-mode, althoug I cannt see the form.
How can I prevent this?
