Smart Client - Mojave - Java 8 - Dock Icon not visible

Hi,

we use Servoy 7.4 with the latest Java 8 version.

After upgrading to Mac OS Mojave our Mac customers have an issue with their icon in the dock, which isn’t visible (see screenshot).

Does anybody else has this issue and is there any solution or workaround?
We use the Desktop shortcut with a customized icon (servoy.branding.windowicon has the attached png image)

Yep, seems to be a WebStart-only symptom though. Other java apps show their, generic and custom, icons fine.

Thanks for your feedback! So i’m happy that i’m not alone with this issue ;-)

@Servoy: is there a way to fix this issue?

When we look to the Oracle Java roadmap, we have to move on the long term from WebStart to the Servoy Bootstrapper.

At the moment i’m not using the Bootstrapper. Is it possible to create Desktop Shortcuts with Bootstrapper?
