Supported Web Browsers

Servoyians,

Can someone provide a link to an official page describing which web browsers (and versions) are supported by the various releases of Servoy Web Client (ideally with what the plans are for supported browsers in future releases so we can plan accordingly)? This is critical information that must be published somewhere but I haven’t been able to find it on the web site.

Since what is rendered to the browser when using Web Client is html, I would think “any browser”. There are no Active-X controls or anything like that (thank goodness). But please don’t take that as the final word, someone else here might pipe up.

Supported browsers are: Internet Explorer,Firefox and Safari. I think all supported Servoy versions should work on these browsers.

I think is best to create a case in our support system about this (asking for this documentation update).

I don’t have an “official” information about this, this is why is best to ask directly for an “official” reply.

Hi,

The versions of browsers that i use and what work are:

Firefox 3.5.2 (last version)
Internet Explorer 8.0.7229 (last version)
Google grome (last version)
