Video plugins exist or in the works?

This was discussed a very long time ago and I never saw anything produced yet. So here is my question: is there any video plugins or beans in development or completed?

Or, what would it do more/other than the Media Manager Bean?

Which video formats do you want/need?

For now I’d like something that imports, exports and keeps video in a database and converts from one format to another. Features like saving to a file and to a sql database. Jpg thumbnails would be nice. I’m currently able to do this outside of Servoy. However, I would like to do this in Servoy because I’m doing part of my processing in it now.

Additional features that can be of use with the latest web technologies would be a bonus.

For right now my videos are mostly from cell phones in formats like .3gp
and would like to convert to flv or to someother formats used by mobile users.

Add to the list a feature that gets the metadata from a video file. When someone attaches GPS info to a cell phone video I would like to get that information.
