I want to Integrate zendesk in servoy. I need to submit the ticket for zendesk from the servoy itself . Along with request , I should be uploading the attachment to zendesk.
can I get some Informations regarding implementing this ?. can we implement this without using the Rest API ?.

I assume you are talking about Developer.
For Developer using Mylyn for this kind of intergration is usually your best bet since that is the defacto standard tool for Eclipse but I can’t find any zendesk connector for Mylyn.
I suggest you ask Zendesk to start supporting Mylyn.
