I put in my license from version 3.5, and it will not work. Anyone know why?

If so, you should upgrade it. I am not sure if that should be done from the admin pages or the preferences.
Upgrade is executed when you have a subscription.

Definitely the admin pages. The ‘old’ license key should convert automatically to 4.x licenses. If not: contact Servoy.
We had some problems as well, but that has been in the earlier versions of 4.x…
I believe you have to press “check code” twice when you are using pre-4.0 codes.
First time it will update your codes and the second time it will validate them.
But yes, if that doesn’t work and you know you have a valid subscription license you should contact Servoy sales. They will fix this for you in no time.
