RESOLVED: Bad License in Servoy 6 - Urgent

Hi Folks - this is extremely urgent hence I have emailed Servoy support AND I’m posting here in case they are not available quickly.

We upgraded a server to Servoy 6 yesterday and the licenses we have for Servoy 5 server are no longer working. We get Bad Code or Not a Servoy Key for a block of 10 licenses (I didn’t put them in so repeating the errors we got based on an email).

Is this an issue for others in V6 - I know it was when upgrading to v5 with certain builds.

Been trying them since early this am - but awaiting a call back now! Thanks Robert - was hoping I’d missed something and others had fixed a similar problem!

When you put a Servoy 5 code in a Servoy 6 server, the server will check if you are have the right to upgrade (over the internet). If that is the case the key will be upgraded and the new key will be submitted to you and displayed in the Server admin page. I don’t see the server contacted our system. Is it connected to the internet/ can it reach our server?
