Licenses not working - Need help ASAP

Hello,
I just upgraded from Servoy 8 to Servoy 2019 because Servoy 8 is not compatible with the newest version of Java my company updated everyone to a couple weeks ago. Upon doing this my licenses stopped working. I keep getting Bad code or not a Servoy key. The licenses have worked just fine up until this weekend when I did the update. Please advise. I need this to be ready by tomorrow.

I suggest you contact Servoy directly. You can create a Servoy support ticket in Jira.

I’m having the same problem switching from Servoy 2019.12 to 2020.03.
We were supposed to launch NG-client tomorrow morning, now I will have to abort :-(

This has been sorted out. I also posted on the support system and got help by Yvo within 15 minutes of my post. Thanks Yvo.
The system had been through lots of testing, but using the 5-client trial license.

What have I learned?

Always test the keys on the new version before going live, even if it is a small upgrade…
