PDF Plugin not working in RC7

I had a solution that filled out PDF forms working in version 2.2RC3. I upgraded to 2.2RC7 and it no longer works. When I use the convertPDFFormToPDFDocument function my solution no longer populates the form. I do not get any error messages.

I was going to explore this capability but wondered:

if you just need one copy of acrobat on the server is there some kind of special licensing from Adobe to use the forms auto filling feature?

On the Windows platform it is my understanding that you only need the free Acrobat Reader version 5 or 6, or Adobe Reader 7, and that it need only be installed on the client. I am not sure what version(s) of Reader are compatible on the Mac or on other platforms.

(notice that the product name changed from “Acrobat Reader” to “Adobe Reader” for version 7).

From a license point of view the pdf plugin consumes one client license on the server for any amount of users that use it.
