i18n and dialogues

The i18n editor has to be closed before any work can proceed within the method editor. This necessitates a lot of openings and closings as the programmer checks whether the i18n command has already been created and what it’s called. Or to create it.

It would be extremely helpful if i18n keys could be edited and have those changes reflected wherever that key is called on.

Would appreciate if “key”, “default” and “locale” columns would sort.
